Overview
Shipping chocolates to arrive in excellent condition can be challenging in warm climates. Please remember to look over our shipping rates and policies prior to ordering.
Shipping Methods & Timelines
We ship all online orders out of our Austin, TX headquarters. If time permits, we'll ship your order the same day. Otherwise, we process orders and ship the next business day. Occasionally during peak season or holidays, it might take more than 24 hours to ship your order. If you need your order to be delivered before a certain date, please contact us to ensure on-time delivery.

Economy Shipping: 1 to 5 business days
2-Day Express Shipping: 2 business days
Next Day: next business day
Saturday Delivery: add-on service for an additional fee, depending on the destination.
Delivery timelines do not take into consideration unexpected weather delays, which may affect arrival dates. Sassy Sweet cannot be held responsible for delays due to weather, or any other delays beyond our control.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Re-routing or correcting packages that have already shipped will incur a $20 fee to re-ship.
Economy shipping has no guaranteed delivery date. If you choose economy shipping, please note your package may arrive later than expected.
Weekend Shipping
Our orders are typically shipped early in the week (Mon thru Wed) in hopes of avoiding having the chocolates sit over the weekend in an unconditioned location. If you're shipping to a warm destination that will require the shipment to travel and/or sit over a weekend, your package will be held until the following Monday to ensure minimal transit time. Orders placed after 12PM CST on Wednesday that are not Next Day shipments will be held for shipping until the following Monday. We may ship local economy packages on Thursday or Friday at our discretion if they are a one-day transit from our location.
Packaging
We take extra care to ensure that our chocolates are delivered in excellent condition. In order to minimize the risk of our products melting in transit, when shipping to warmer climates (68 degrees & higher) we use insulated packaging and cold packs, which can incur an additional shipping expense.
